I would have run a 105 (10.5") if the old red car wasnt a stick, but lettingthe clutch up always dropped vacuum to 10" opening the PV when it wasnt neccfesary, so I put a 095 in there. True, its not rocket science and I ve heard three ways of doing this, none are "incorrect".įor a street car you will feel a better part throttle acceleration with a higher rated PV all esle being equal. Gentlemen, I respectfully submit that the idle vacuum and divide by two is not neccessarily incorrect, but for a street car will have you jetted and pump shotted more than need be.
